At Thunderpants, we want you to feel as bold as our prints, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned with all original tags and liners intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original sustainable packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
